Before Jesus returned to heaven, He made this promise:  In my Father's house, there are many rooms;  if this were not true, I would not tell you.  I am going there to prepare a place for you.  After I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me so that you may be where I am.   

This promise, which is a central part of our core beliefs, is reflected in our name "Adventist".  Our name also reflects our belief that the Sabbath, as created by God, is on the seventh-day of the week and has not changed.  

As a church, we are a fellowship of real, ordinary people whose mission and purpose is to share the compassion, love, and character of God, and His promise to come back again.  


Our Mission Statement
The Ephesus Seventh-day Adventist Church exists to prepare people for the second coming of Christ, by sharing the compassion, love, and character of God through evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, worship, outreach and education.

We belong to the worldwide family of Seventh-day Adventist churches holding the biblical scriptures as our rule of truth.

Our mission is to motivate and nurture spiritual growth of members and friends by establishing meaningful relationships that lead to a commitment to Christ.
